We are all Goddesses.

Throughout her childhood, teenage years, and early adulthood, Mandy experienced a deep connection to realms she couldn’t yet explain. She sensed other dimensions, felt the depth of her empathic nature, and often perceived energies and emotions beyond words. Even when she couldn’t name these gifts, she always knew she was different — and deeply powerful.

Today, Mandy embraces these gifts as expressions of her path as a white witch who loves to wear black. Through nourishing her body with food from nature, she experienced profound physical healing and cultivated a sacred, loving relationship with her womb space and menstrual cycle. By honouring her feminine body and blood as powerful sources of wisdom and creation, she awakened a deeper level of embodiment and reverence for womanhood.
Through incorporating her sacred blood into New Moon manifestation rituals, Mandy witnessed her intentions and dreams unfold with remarkable speed, living by the philosophy, “A gift for a gift” while giving her blood back to the earth. Mandy is devoted to helping others reconnect with the sacred nature of the womb, the wisdom available through the menstrual cycle, and the remembrance that women are intuitive, powerful, and inherently magickal.

MODULE 1 . LESSON ONE - UNDERSTANDING YOUR MENSTRUAL CYCLE

The Sacredness of Menstruation & How Women were Revered as Oracles in Indigenous Cultures

Menstruation has been traditionally viewed as taboo and something to be hidden or ashamed of.

However, in many ancient cultures all over the world, menstruation was revered as a sacred and powerful time for women.
By embracing the rhythm of our cycles as feminine beings and connecting with our menstrual blood, we can move WITH our power to create a more balanced, healthy life. Menstruation is a time of heightened intuition, creativity, and spiritual connection.

When woman would gather in red tents and moon lodges they would feel a beautiful sense of connection and feel witnessed on the deepest level. This is one of the reasons why I host gatherings at my home so frequently.

Learning to honour and work with our menstrual blood can help us tap into our innate power and wisdom.

MODULE 1 . LESSON TWO - DISPELLING MYTHS, BELIEFS, AND STIGMAS AROUND PERIOD BLOOD.

We all need a Good Perspective Change

Understanding the power and significance of period blood is essential in harnessing its magickal essence. Unfortunately, there are many myths and stigmas surrounding period blood that have perpetuated negative beliefs and attitudes. In this lesson, we will explore these misconceptions and shed light on the truth about period blood. (These beliefs and perspectives are actually the root cause of period pain for many.)

After the Patriarchy (the government, western medicine, and the catholic church) came together, they removed all holistic healing practices and womb worship by burning and drowning over 100,000 humans (men, women, and children), who they labeled as devil worshipers or witches. This was the genocide of healers. And then there was the genocide of indigenous peoples in Canada not to long ago, while simultaneously banning all indigenous ceremony & natural healing practices INCLUDING red tent womb healing & gathering.

Indigenous women then needed to practice ceremonial and healing work in secret, but as the generations changed, many of the wisdom was lost.

Back in the day, (and still today, lets be honest) men wanted our inner power to be eradicated, so we would turn to them for knowledge & guidance.

This is the time where we were forced & taught to look to external sources - God, our government, doctors, & priests as the source of wisdom and power. There is no need to look within when all you need is outside of yourself. In fact, "looking in is sinful. self-love is sinful." This is what I was taught in church as a little girl. But there was something inside me that questioned this.

The Catholic Church wanted all people to worship the religious God, giving their hard earned money (10% of their weekly wage) as tithing each week to the church. They made sure the people were scared & obedient, teaching them the false theory of their soul burning in hell for eternity.

Western Medicine wanted people to go only to them for health advice & medicines. There was big money in this. They were now our healers. So they tried their best to erase all knowledge of plant medicine & our inner wisdom.

The government (or people in power) always made all the rules, collected taxes, and placed themselves above others.

Together they did a wonderful job at taking away our innate power.

One common myth that the patriarchy created, is that period blood is dirty or impure. In reality, period blood is full of life giving properties & nutrients (iron, stem cells, proteins, hormones, electrolytes, collagen, beneficial bacteria, and more) and it assists our body in it's energetic release.

Nutrients like stem cells have regenerative properties. Scientists that have studied period blood have found that the stem cells can help animals heal damaged limbs. They also found that the stem cells can help prevent grey hair and can even reverse grey hair back to the natural hair colour. Mind blowing or what. In other countries, family members can do stem-cell transfusions for eachother to radically heal cancer.

Period blood also contains many of the minerals plants need to thrive (but please dilute it with water first).

Another myth that we have been forced to believe is that we need to keep up to men, when it's not about comparing ourselves to them at all. We are different.

While women’s bodies typically move through a roughly 28-day menstrual cycle, men also experience hormonal cycles — just on a much shorter timeline. Women’s hormones, primarily estrogen and progesterone, rise and fall in distinct phases throughout the month, influencing energy levels, mood, libido, creativity, and physical readiness for ovulation and menstruation. Men, on the other hand, tend to operate on a more consistent 24-hour hormonal rhythm, with testosterone generally peaking in the morning and gradually declining throughout the day, often affecting energy, focus, and drive. This means women often experience natural shifts across weeks, while men more commonly experience hormonal fluctuations across the course of a single day.

In 1920, when women wanted to vote and work along side men, they gained a bit of power by sharing their voices and being heard, but they also lost power. Now...hear me out. Because men did not change the working environment to accommodate us, we now have to "change" the way we operate to work along side them, which has made us despise our periods and cycles. We pretend they don't exist so we can hustle in the working world, just as men do. We still have a long way to go in this area.

In our modern society women now pride themselves when they keep up with men.

Women follow and pracitce scientific studies & health practices that have been curated to men only - such as fasting and the KETO diet. I personally don’t see fasting and strict keto diets as supportive for most women’s bodies. Women’s hormones are deeply connected to feeling safe, nourished, and having enough energy available. When we heavily restrict food, carbohydrates, or go long periods without eating, it can signal to the body that resources are limited. From what I’ve learned and experienced, this can impact ovulation, progesterone production, thyroid health, mood, and overall cycle balance. Women’s bodies often thrive on steady nourishment and carbohydrates to support hormone health, brain function, and nervous system regulation. I’ve found that more restrictive approaches don’t always feel sustainable or aligned with supporting a healthy, cyclical female body.

There are quite a few ways women intentionally suppress, delay, or numb their menstrual cycles — often because of pressure to stay productive, avoid discomfort, or keep up with fast-paced expectations. Here are some common ones, explained in a neutral, informational way:

Hormonal Cycle Suppression - Many women use hormonal methods to reduce or eliminate bleeding altogether, such as:

Birth control pills taken continuously (skipping placebo/sugar pill week to avoid a bleed), hormonal IUDs, hormonal implants, hormone injections, & vaginal rings or patches used continuously. These methods can lighten, space out, or stop periods entirely for some women.

Pain & Symptom Suppression - Some women focus on reducing or masking discomfort so they can function as usual:

Over-the-counter pain medications, prescription medications for cramps or heavy bleeding, anti-inflammatory medications, & using caffeine or stimulants to push through fatigue.

Dietary & Lifestyle Approaches - Some approaches aim to reduce symptoms or cycle expression:

Highly restrictive dieting or under-eating, very low carbohydrate or aggressive fasting routines, extremely intense exercise or overtraining, & limiting rest during bleeding phases

These can sometimes reduce cycle symptoms or even suppress menstruation in some cases.

Productivity & Cultural Conditioning - Many women also intentionally:

Ignore body signals like fatigue or pain, schedule demanding work or workouts regardless of cycle phase, use mindset or discipline-focused approaches to push through discomfort, & structure routines around consistency rather than cyclical energy shifts.

There can be a range of potential side effects or longer-term repercussions when menstrual cycles are consistently suppressed, ignored, or pushed through, especially depending on the method used and the individual body. Here’s an overview from a physiological and hormonal perspective:

Hormonal & Cycle Disruptions - When the body senses prolonged stress, low energy availability, or artificial hormonal override, it can impact natural hormone rhythms. This can sometimes contribute to:

Irregular or missing ovulation, lower progesterone production, changes in estrogen balance, loss of natural cycle signals that help regulate mood, metabolism, and fertility patterns, & ovulation itself plays a role in whole-body hormonal communication, not just reproduction.

Nervous System & Stress Load - Consistently pushing through pain, fatigue, or cycle-related energy dips can keep the body in a more stress-dominant state, which may be associated with:

Increased cortisol patterns, burnout or chronic fatigue patterns, mood instability or emotional blunting, reduced body awareness or disconnection from internal signals.

Metabolic & Thyroid Effects - Long-term heavy restriction, fasting, or aggressive low-carbohydrate dieting in some women can influence metabolic signaling, which may affect:

Thyroid hormone regulation, blood sugar stability, energy regulation, & temperature regulation and metabolic rate.

Bone & Tissue Health - In situations where ovulation is absent for extended periods, it can sometimes influence:

Bone density maintenance, collagen and connective tissue support, & estrogen and progesterone both play roles in tissue regeneration and structural health.

Fertility & Reproductive Signaling - Suppressing or frequently interrupting natural cycles may sometimes:

Delay return to natural ovulation rhythms, make cycle patterns less predictable for a period of time, & alter cervical fluid or endometrial cycling patterns

Loss of Cyclical Body Feedback - Some people also notice that suppressing or overriding cycles can reduce natural body cues related to:

Energy and rest needs, libido patterns, creative or cognitive rhythms & emotional processing phases.

This is not how we are meant to live. Have you noticed how women in business need to basically become men in order to be respected? In my opinion, this should have never happened. Right from the start, men should have seen us as different, and should have created an environment for women to thrive, which would have made their companies so much more successful (in my humble opinion).

On the other side of the spectrum, staying home to raise our children or be a homemaker isn't the only way either, there needs to be balance - and once you tap into your own energy and respect your moontime, you'll find what works for you and what doesn't. This is different for each woman.

If our society could give us time to bleed at home (which many Countries do), to rest, we would come back to work so much stronger.

If our society could give us time to raise our babies at home for years (not months), our children (and our women) would be so much healthier.

If our society could revere and honour us as oracles while we bleed (like Indigenous women were in the Red Tents), we would feel truly heard and seen and our leaders would be guided with actual wisdom.

If our society deeply respected pregnancy and breastfeeding and it was held as sacred... this world would heal on profound levels, because there would be more respect and balance between us all.

This is something we cannot demand, but rather inspire, and it starts within our homes.

After all, women are the only ones who can create new life. A highly underrated feat.

By seeing the truth, we can really take our power back, and it starts with holding our moontime in reverence, transforming this perspective one human at a time.

But I don't want you to get angry about it. That isn't helping the cause. Instead practice gratitude with love in your heart for being a woman, and your energy will help transform the collective of the world.

By challenging these misconceptions and embracing the true power of periods, we can empower ourselves to:
* Know that as we bleed we are at the height of our power.
* Reconnect with ourselves during times of rest in sacred ceremony during our bleed to remember our power and go inward.
* Journal out our current issues and turn them into boundaries, met needs, and an opportunity to speak our truth with kindness.
* Hold our blood in reverence.
* Be eternally grateful that we are powerful women who bleed. This means we can create life.
* Choose what to do with your period blood each day - more on this to come.
* Heal & age gracefully.

It is time to break free from societal taboos, patriarchy's hold over us, & all unnecessary restrictions, so we can embrace the sacredness of our menstrual cycles. Together, we can reclaim our magick and unleash our divine feminine energy. These teachings must be handed down to our children. They must FEEL your power as a mother (if that is your current reality).

The Story of Changing Woman (from the Asdzáá Nádlééhé Tribe)

This story comes from the sacred teachings of the Diné (Navajo) people of the American Southwest. The version shared here is a respectful retelling based on publicly available cultural teachings. Diné stories are part of a living spiritual tradition, and there are many variations and deeper ceremonial meanings that belong to Diné communities and families.

With deep respect and gratitude, this story honors the Diné (Navajo) people, whose sacred teachings include the story of Asdzáá Nádlééhé, also known as Changing Woman. This retelling is shared for educational and inspirational purposes and does not represent ceremonial or community-specific knowledge.

In the time when the world was still forming and balance between earth and sky was being created, there emerged a sacred feminine being known as Changing Woman. She was born from the union of sunlight and the earth itself, formed from beauty, harmony, and the living rhythms of nature.

Changing Woman was not fixed in one form. She embodied transformation. She moved through the phases of maiden, mother, elder, and renewal again, mirroring the seasons of the land and the cycles of the moon. As she aged, she would grow older and then return to youth, showing that life moves in circles rather than straight lines.

It is said that she created the Diné people. Through her own body and sacred power, she brought life into the world and taught the people how to live in Hózhó, the Diné concept of balance, beauty, harmony, and right relationship with all living things.

Changing Woman lived upon the earth and later journeyed across the land, blessing mountains, rivers, plants, and animals. Wherever she traveled, life flourished. She taught that women carry creative and sustaining power within their bodies and that their cycles reflect the natural order of the universe.

In some tellings, Changing Woman formed twin sons, known as the Hero Twins, who helped protect the people and restore balance in times of chaos. Through them, her protective and life-giving influence continued.

Changing Woman’s energy is especially honored when a young girl experiences her first menstruation. The Diné hold a coming-of-age ceremony called Kinaaldá, which celebrates the girl as embodying Changing Woman herself. During this time, she is believed to hold strong creative and spiritual power, capable of setting intentions and receiving blessings that can shape her future life.

Changing Woman continues to represent renewal, transformation, feminine strength, and the sacred cyclical nature of existence. She reminds people that change is not loss, but part of the natural beauty of life.

MODULE 1 . LESSON THREE - WHAT PMS REALLY IS AND HOW WE CAN NAVIGATE IT IN A HEALTHY WAY.

Understanding your Emotions

PMS gets a bad reputation. It's the time when our emotions are heightened and many people want space from us.
But this IS IN OUR FAVOUR.

This is the time to be alone. It's sacred.

To ground yourself and to go inward. Your period is asking you to rest, build a relationship with her, and to tap into the deepest layers of love.

Your PMS is ACTUALLY all the unprocessed feelings that we have suppressed over the last month (or longer). It's coming up to be witnessed. To be moved through. To be acknowledged and honoured as sacred parts of you that have been left out in the cold.

For those of you who are ready to embark into the world of maturity, you may have already been sensing how all of our PMS emotions are OURS. And it is crucial that we do not project them onto others.

It is time that we take ownership of our feelings, within every experience.

Use this as a special time to connect deeper with yourself. To own your wounding.

This process, if done correctly, has the power to take your life to the next level (which is actually just more ease & understanding & joy in life).

Journal about all the things that are bothering you.

Point form is best.

The story doesn't really matter.

Ask yourself:

Is there a need of mine that is left unmet?

Where do I feel this in my body?
Do I need to feel this feeling deeper?
Do I need to express any unexpressed expectations I have?
Do I need to create a boundary for myself?
Am I feeling emotions from an old wound?
What feelings are arising to be released and what needs to be healed within me?

Here you are transforming & alchemizing your feelings.

Some feelings come up to be felt and then they vanish completely, while we are left with NEW AWARENESS.

Some feelings come up so we can use our voice to share more about ourselves (from a calm place of ownership). What we like. What we don't like. What we need more of. What we'd enjoy less of...

Ultimately love is trying to shine through, but there are a few things that are blocking it, and they are presenting themselves to you now.

Imagine a life where you honoured this time EVERY MONTH and moved through every feeling completely.

Each month is a beautiful opportunity to be truer and truer to ourselves.

We are feminine, emotional beings. We feel deeply and we love deeply.

Gift this time to yourself.

Our Emotions and the Deep Sacred Rage we all have felt.

We need to be able to harness our sacred rage to make physical changes in our reality. Not turn into Kali and cut the heads off every man we see (even through we may want to).

Our rage is not only our own, but that of our ancestors.

This rage can be used to destroy and it will feel like we want to. But that's only causing more harm in this world.

Our sacred rage, once felt and expressed in a healthy way can be used to create - to birth ideas into reality, to make lasting change in this world, to do good.

Have you felt sacred rage and what do you do with it?

MODULE 1 . LESSON FOUR - EMBODYING THE SEASONS WHILE CHARTING YOUR CYCLE

Now You're Really a Cyclical Goddess

I have found so much benefit in embodying the 4 seasons by charting my cycle with the seasons. I've been teaching this in my Radiance Challenge videos for over 10 years! So, how do we do this?

First, we need to know when we bleed. Mark this in your calendar as Day 1 of your inner Winter. It doesn't matter how long you bleed for. Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall are all 1 week long. Day 1 of Winter is when our blood starts to flow (not spot).

The following week (exactly 7 days) is Day 1 of your inner Spring. Then the following week after that is Day 1 of your inner Summer, and then your inner Fall, until you hit Day 1 of Winter again. This is 'charting your cycle'.

Say you're period started on the 6th of March. You're period won't start on the 3rd of April (if you have a 28 day cycle).

Your period can also shift, depending on what's going on in your life. It may come early or be late so you can bleed on the correlating moon phase. The 4 Moon phases represents 4 areas of our lives and it's phases show us where we are at. I will explain this more in Module 3. Lesson 2.

Our inner seasons mirror the seasons in Nature.

Think of your energy in each season.

When I bleed I say, "I'm experiencing my Inner Winter." Marking these on our calendar can help us navigate life in this beautiful flow.

So when your bestie asks you to go for a hike next month, you can look at your calendar and say, "Oh I'm supposed to be bleeding - Day 2. I need to rest then. Can we schedule for two weeks time?" And stay firm in your boundaries of rest! Your energy system will thank you for it. The only one who can prevent your burn out is you.

It is not weak to rest for the first 3 days of your bleed. You actually cultivate/store your energy inward so you have MORE energy for the rest of the month. It's remarkable how resting for 3 days, can store enough energy for you to live a vibrant life for a whole month afterwords!

In our late inner Spring & full week of Summer we are full of life (depending on how your body is while you ovulate)

This time carries with it, a lot of masculine energy - the art of doing & achieving.

We focus on our external world more.

We have more energy here.

We have more creative ideas.

We love helping others.

We get stuff done.

If you are a natural helper or people pleaser, it is also very important that you do things for yourself each day as well.

Do not let your inner spring or inner summer self to get carried away with planning. Especially planning on days while you may be bleeding, like mentioned above. This has been a major note to self for me.

In our inner Autumn/Fall and Winter we are more inward.

They portray more feminine energy - the art of being.

Our energy here goes down, which is perfect for slow walks, stretching, rest.

Find beauty in REAL rest, which I will talk more about later.

In the week of Fall, we wind down from doing workouts, work, creating, care taking, chores, etc, to being in a place of rest and receiving our womb's love.

During our inner fall, we mirror the time of harvest - which is the act of taking all of Summer's abundance and preparing ourselves and our homes (our body in this case) for Winter. Here we make meals to freeze so we don't have to cook as much while we bleed or we save a bit of money so we can order in or if we are in a relationship, we can politely ask our lover to cook for us (with full intention to give back after our bleed). This is an arrangement that me and my husband have.

I prepare for winter by collecting everything I need. I know where my clean Diva Cup and organic reusable cotton pads are and set them somewhere I'll see it or pack it in my purse for work.

It's important that we delegate tasks, if we can, to those we trust or if we don't have much help, we can still drive, work, etc, but there are ways to move less. Like ordering our groceries, saving laundry for the next day, eating slowly, walking slowly, just really being in a place of calmness.

I have always been the type of person to do everything myself. But I could feel myself burning out. This way of life taught me the importance of asking for help and then making sure I indulgence in rest.

If we cannot do this for ourselves or see no need to, we are doing a disservice to ourselves as feminine beings. We burn out and wonder why. We experience intense PMS and wonder why.

There's nothing worse then living with the wounded masculine story of "I have to do everything myself." This story will need to change and heal if we want to thrive in a long-term, committed, healthy relationship with our womb space and body.

While I was a single mother of three, I would book play dates for my kids, send them to grandmas, or even put a movie on or two for them so I could rest in the bath, journal, and read a book.

When our inner Winter arrives, our bleed greets us. Day 1 of our bleed is when our blood flow stars (not spotting). Energetically, our inner Winter should resemble that of a snowy winter day. When everything is quiet and still.

When was the last time you were truly quiet and still? Maybe you just pondered out your window and watched the wind blow through the trees.

Here we rest for 2-3 days, totally depending on what your body needs. This rest is not a sign of weakness. It's a time of reconnection and devotion to self. This time of stillness is a ritual. This ritual will feel foreign at first, but I will give you the foundation for this practice as we continue so you aren't going in alone. After, you can build upon it. That's the fun part.

You are the only one who can set aside time to be with yourself, remember this. How do you make this a priority?

You are the creator of your own reality.

Can you take a day off work or school? I'd recommend it (and if this feels absurd, I'd like you to challenge this limiting belief). If your mind is saying "I would never take a day off to bleed at home." Then that is showing you your level of respect for your bleed.

Change your mindset to, "I am a Queen. I get to & will rest at home because that is what my energy body, heart and soul needs."

The collective consciousness needs more women to find VALUE in rest. To heal and to be present. To go inward. To receive the love that we forgot we had access to.

Watch the video on charting your cycle here.

MODULE 2 . LESSON ONE - CONNECTING WITH YOUR MENSTRUAL CYCLE

How to Prepare for your Bleed

Do you remember the story of King Author and how he was on the search for the Holy Grail?

Well, the holy grail is actually a symbol of a woman's womb and the blood is the elixir of eternal life. One of the most important things we need to do for ourselves when we receive our bleed is welcome our blood with enthusiasm instead of disgust.

Resting and being in ceremony with yourself is a time of beauty, to tap into unconditional love that was present in the red tent and moon lodges.

Even if you don't have a tribe of women there to rub your feet and help you move through your emotions, you can still do this for yourself.

These are all the ways in which women can take EXCEPTIONAL care of themselves as they bleed:

I am all in for taking time off. If you live a life where this is possible, please do this for yourself. It will improve your health in every area of your life. Yes, every month.

This can look like you asking the kids father (or maybe you have a new partner), a friend, or family member to pick your kids up from school and hang out with them for the day. Play dates are also handy!

This can look like you taking the day off work or school. Paris, Spain, Japan, Indonesia, China, Australia, & India grant women time off work to bleed at home, while only some give paid time off. South Korea is so strict that they have a law that enforces employees to give each woman 1 day off a month to bleed and if they do not follow this rule they are fined up to 5 million won ($5,156.58 CAD). So the next time your employer tries to shame you or make you feel bad about this, tell them this fact.

Now the time that you have off must be spent wisely. It must be done in ways that nourish you.

Ways that actually deplete you are: drinking alcohol, intense movement, watching TV that feels jarring to the nervous system, horror movies, & scrolling on your phone.

Ways that nourish you are: Say no to plans, read a book, have a bath, ground in nature, sip tea by candle light, journal, lay your hands on your womb to receive love, pull cards, enjoy your divination practice, visualize releasing everything from the past month out with your blood flow and energetically move forward into the next month, mindfully give your blood back to nature, check what moon phase it is, give yourself a self-love massage, tell your body and womb you love it, write yourself a love letter, do guided meditations, nourish yourself, and be introverted as much as possible.

Write a few in your phone calendar during your inner Winter, Day 1, 2 and 3!
______

So: Let's go back a week, into your the week before your period. In my programs I call this the week of our inner Fall. Being organized here can make our bleed so much more enjoyable.

During the week of Fall we can:
* Buy ourselves pads, tampons or make sure you wash your cotton pads, Diva Cup, or bleed underwear and make sure they are within reach.
* Make some freezer meals that you can easily heat up. Or put some money away so you can order in during your bleed.
* Have 1 or 2 people lined up so they can help with responsibilities.
* Be mentally aware that you may need solitude to honour your PMS feelings this week.
* Have a good book ready.
* Prepare yourself for a day of rest. Have some type of oil ready so you can massage your womb space and your feet.
* Remind yourself to be grateful when you see the sight of your own blood.
* If you have a period journal, you can place that by your bed.
* Reschedule any workout, hike, & cold-plunge plans you may have scheduled during the first 3 days of your bleed.

Remind yourself that your energy is slowing down. It is not weak to rest.

Add these preparation examples to your phone calendar during your inner week of Fall.

MODULE 2 . LESSON TWO - JOURNALING EXERCISE TO SHIFT OUR PERSPECTIVE DURING PMS

Let's Dive In

Please grab your journal and sit in a quiet location.
Light a candle and get cozy.

1. Free flow about your current struggles/emotions/issues.
2. Is there a boundary broken or needs left unexpressed? Did you feel unheard or unseen?
3. Where do you feel it in your body? Can you sit with it for a minute?

4. Write a sentence that best describes what you need. "I need...." (A lot of the time our sarcastic response will be "What I need is for my partner to stop being an ass." When that's not a need at all. Our need is for more communication, appreciation, gentleness, & cooperation.)

Lay 1 hand on your womb and the other hand on your heart and remind yourself that everything you truly need is within. Tap into this frequency & know everything will work out perfectly. Feel free to use your needs as a gentle conversation starter. "I've really been feeling some pain in my heart, and I wanted to express that I'd really love more words of appreciation when you notice I'm doing something kind for you and for our family. Is there anything you'd like more of?"

MODULE 2 . LESSON THREE - PRACTICES FOR HONOURING YOUR MENSTRUAL BLOOD

By Shifting your Perspective on Menstruation, You can Unlock a Deeper Connection to Your Body and Heal so Much Pain.

As women we hold pain in our bodies, from our ancestors, from our mothers, from ourselves. Every time we feel shame or talk negatively about our womb, negative energy is stored there. And over time, that energy builds up, and it can manifest as pain. But pain is your bodies voice! "Look at me! Sit with me! Be still and hold me. Please!"

The best way to honoring your menstrual blood, is to be grateful every time you see your blood & to create a ritual during your bleed. This can involve setting intentions, meditating with your blood, or simply taking time to reflect on the significance of this monthly cycle.

Another important aspect is learning how to track & chart your menstrual cycle and noticing patterns that may arise.

The MOST important practice to start with is:

The practice of Gratitude. Being grateful when you see your blood. Imagine how happy your womb will be when you send it love (instead of so much despair, disgust, and resentment).

Second:
Lay your hands on your womb and ask her, "What do you want me to know?"

When this practice is new,
you may hear nothing or you may tap into the colour red.
 You might feel discomfort.
You might think think 'this is stupid' but really its not. You are building a relationship with your womb. Make sure you give thanks to your womb space for all she has done for you. The more you do this, the more she will speak to you. Remember your womb is where all ideas are birthed into reality. That's HUGE!

Watch the video Blood Rituals by clicking the 'Watch Now' button below and take notes.
Have you gathered your blood?

The best way is to use a DIVA cup or another form of menstrual cup.

You can also soak your organic, fragrance free tampon in a small amount of water and ring it out. I do not recommend doing this with a regular store bought pad, unless its an organic cotton underwear pad.

Or you can bleed onto a towel, get it wet with water, and wring it out in your garden.
(Please do not pour the water of your pad or tampon into your plant soil if there are chemicals or fragrances used. Your plants may die.)

MODULE 3 . LESSON ONE - MANIFESTATION AND BLOOD MAGICK

Manifestation

Manifestation is the process of bringing our desires and intentions into reality through our thoughts, beliefs, words, and actions. If you can think it, you can manifest it.

By harnessing the power of our mind, heart, and womb, we have the ability to create the life our hearts truly desire and the life that is in alignment with what we "need". When these three centers are in harmony, we move from simply wishing or hoping into embodied creation, where our desires become rooted in truth, intuition, and deep inner knowing.

In this lesson, we will explore how to manifest with intention and purpose by working with one of the most ancient and forgotten feminine tools: our precious menstrual blood.

Our period blood is not only a physical reminder of our innate power as women, but it also carries potent energetic and symbolic meaning. It represents release, renewal, creation, death, and rebirth, the very cycles that govern nature and life itself.

For thousands of years, many cultures viewed menstrual blood as sacred, recognizing it as a connection to intuition, creation energy, and the deep wisdom of the body.

When we choose to work intentionally with our cycle, we are choosing to honour our body’s natural rhythm rather than resist or suppress it. The menstrual phase is a powerful time for reflection, letting go, planting energetic seeds, and setting aligned intentions.

It is a portal of heightened intuition and inward connection, where manifestation becomes less about forcing outcomes and more about aligning with what is truly meant for us.

By consciously connecting with our menstrual cycle and the symbolism of our blood, we begin to reclaim a relationship with our body, our creative power, and our ability to co-create with the universe. This practice invites us to slow down, listen deeply, and manifest from a place of embodiment, trust, and sacred intention.

In this lesson, you will learn how to work with your menstrual energy in a respectful, intentional, and empowering way, allowing your cycle to become a guide for manifestation, transformation, and self-connection.
By collecting your sacred blood, connecting with it as a sacred gift in prayer, and giving it back to the earth as a beautiful gift, as a part of us that we are are now nourishing the earth with, I believe this opens up a powerful portal of rec

Here we are tapping into the Universal Laws of:

- The Law of Inspired Action. Action bridges intention and manifestation. Manifestation isn't passive. You must respond to intuitive nudges.

- The Law of Attraction. Like attracts like. You draw into your life what matches your dominate energetic states, not just what you "want" but what you expect and embody. Alignment matters more than effort.

- The Law of Divine Oneness. Everything is connected. What you think, say, and do ripples outward and affects the whole. There is no true separation between people, nature, or the cosmos. How you treat yourself is how you treat the world.

- The Law of Compensation. You receive what you give. This includes money, love, time, effort, and energy.

Questions for reflection:

Are the things you want to manifest coming from a place of love or lack?
Can you sit, relax, and visualize yourself receiving the things you desire to manifest?

How does it feel to have this thing?

Can you take a step out of your life and be grateful for everything you already have?

Can you hold your sacred blood and feel how powerful you are as a woman (remember, women can create new life)?

Do you feel how your sacred blood is a gift?

It's really important to get clear on the FEELING you want to feel with the "thing" you desire to manifest.

It's also so important that you do not manifest from a place of stress because you'll only manifest more stress to get you to your desired place.

Manifest with a full heart, by tapping into gratitude.

The universe is working every minute of every day to give you exactly what you want.
Believe in this.

Your blood can be used to do good or harm, depends on what type of person you are. If you use your blood to do harm like make love spells where you try to control someone's fate or place a hex or the evil eye on an ex boyfriend, that is called black magick and you will receive this negative energy in return x3.

If you use your blood to do good in this world, you will be rewarded x3. The universe, your higher self, & your divine team sees all.

Every time you use your period blood, use it to better your life AND ALSO,

use it in a way that best suits EVERYONE.

Conscious choose your manifestations. You are creating powerful magick.

Before using your sacred blood,

read this sacred prayer and really FEEL the words in your heart.

"
Beloved Universe, I offer my gratitude for the sacred crimson tide that moves through me.
This holy release returns to me each moon, cleansing, softening, remembering.
I honour the wisdom of my body and the ancient rhythm it carries within its bones.

May this sacred blood wash through the hidden chambers of my being,
dissolving doubt, unraveling fear, and clearing the illusions woven by a restless world.
As it flows, I return home to the temple of my heart,
the eternal sanctuary where love breathes, where truth sings, where my soul remembers itself.

Today, I open the petals of my radiant heart
and listen to the whispers of celestial knowing.
I welcome the guidance that drifts down like starlight upon still waters.
I open myself to channel the divine currents that pulse through all living things. Spirit.

I am a vessel of creation.
My womb is both altar and gateway,
a physical and ethereal portal where life dreams itself into form.
Through me, worlds are imagined, nurtured, and born.

I choose to birth beauty.
I choose to birth healing.
I choose to birth light into every corner of existence I touch.
For I am a living embodiment of sacred feminine fire,
a Goddess woven from love, radiance, and cosmic remembrance.

I cherish this holy blood.
I cherish this sacred pause.
Here, I grant myself permission to soften, to rest, to listen, to feel the vast ocean of power within me,
and in feeling it all, I return to my infinite wholeness."

Manifestation Practice:

Collect a small bit of your sacred blood (or if you aren't bleeding you can use red white, red kombucha or red juice). Write 1, 2 or 3 conscious, aligned manifestations down on separate pieces of paper. Dip 3 fingers into your fresh blood and gently wipe 3 lines of blood over your paper and allow the blood to dry. 3 calls in your guardian angels, who are encouraging you to express yourself and pursue your dreams. Place these papers/spells on your atlar and feel its power. Burn them when you feel called. This is your commitment to your innate power and dreams.

Lay one hand on your heart and one hand on your womb space and again, be grateful.

You are a Goddess.

MODULE 3 . LESSON TWO - BLEEDING WITH THE PHASES OF THE MOON

Your Blood is your Oracle

Menstrual blood has been revered as a potent source of feminine energy, guidance, and creativity for centuries, and by tapping into this primal force, we can unlock our inner power and potential.

The POWER that our period blood holds is this:
Our blood is from our womb, which creates life. Not only bringing physical children into this world but also bringing forth ideas into reality at lightning speed.

When we bleed with a certain moon phase, it shows us where we are currently at in our lives. Please know, that when we are early or late, it just means a shift is happening in our lives. Come back to this knowledge every time.

If you bleed with the New Moon,

you are in your Mothering phase of life. This cycle mirrors the traditional cycle of the moon and Mama Gaia. Either you want to get pregnant and start a family or focus on nurturing and raising children. Or if that doesn't feel in alignment, you may be nurturing something else like a creative idea, a pet, a family member, friends, etc. Your time of ovulation will be magnified with the full moon, which is considered to be the earth’s most fertile time.

Questions to ask yourself on the first day of your heaviest bleed as you rest:
1. Where in my life am I wanting to help or take care of others?
2. Am I doing so with an open full heart or am I doing so exhausted and depleted?
3. Write down the people's names (or creative projects) you have been taking care of and say "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for ______(name). And give 3 reasons why you are grateful for this person/thing.

Remember, when you are in your nurturing phase of life, it's important here to GIVE from a generous heart. Do not give to get. And in order to take the best care of you, to also need to rest and replenish your energy. Do something kind for yourself.

If you bleed with the Waxing Moon,

you are in a transitional phase in your life. When the moon waxes, it’s going from darkness to light and expansion so this may mean you’re leaving a period of rest or shadow and coming into your strength and power. It emanates self-discovery energy. Outer exploration. Being curious. Adventurous. Learning & trying new things with an open mind and lots of confidence. Think play and being curious. Think learning and growth.

Questions to ask yourself on the first day of your heaviest bleed as you rest:
1. What am I learning in life right now or what am I seeking?
2. What out there excites me or brings me joy?
3. Make a list and give thanks for all the things you have created, learned, and done lately.

Remember, when you are in your outer exploration phase of life, it's important to always start with self-love. You are whole and complete as you are. From here, you explore the world.

If you bleed with the Full Moon,

you are in your leadership phase of life. In ancient times these women were the healers, midwives, priestesses, witches, and medicine women. These women are focusing on inward energy. Everything they learn and experience helps empower them from within, enabling them to empower the women around them. These women are passionate about being in sacred circle with their community, teaching, and leading others.

Questions to ask yourself on the first day of your heaviest bleed as you rest:
1. What is bubbling within me and how can best I share this with the world?
2. How can I take the best care of myself possible so I can shine my light brighter or what boundaries can I put in place so I have enough energy to shine?
3. Give thanks to everyone who has been a student of yours. Write down their names and put a heart beside their name.

Remember, when you are in your leadership phase of life, it's important to remember that we are all equal. Being vulnerable with others is the secret to success. Not acting like we are above others, like a Guru.

If you are bleeding with the Waning Moon,

you are in a transition phase in your life, but opposite of the waxing moon, from fullness and strength into reflection and rest. This may be a time where self-reflection & healing are important. Finishing something you’ve started. Tap into your intuition & know what you need to complete your project/manifestation. The energy is going from Full to Empty. So this could mean the completion of something & then moving into rest. Tie up any lose ends. Let go of any ways that aren't serving you.

Questions to ask yourself on the first day of your heaviest bleed as you rest:
1. What big thing is wrapping up & how can I assist this in it's completion?
2. What is the current version of me needing?
3. Make a list of all the self-care you can give yourself and place it into your schedule. Don't forget to include more rest.

Remember, when you are in your self-reflection phase of life, it's important to be extra gentle with yourself. You have done so much and you can take a break, whether your brain believes so or not. If you can gift yourself with rest & self-care, you will be JUST AS successful. Hustling is over for the next month. You are divinely supported. Tap into what you need and go after that!

_______________________________________

Our blood is nutrient dense. It is liquid gold.

It can bring forth healing on the deepest level IF we are healthy individuals who contain healthy blood (I do not recommend ingesting your blood or giving it to plants if you are on pharma drugs, use body or skin care products with chemicals, dye your hair, smoke cigarettes, or use house hold cleaners with chemicals such as bleach or Clorox. We absorb these chemicals and they are released out of our body via the blood). I would detox for 6 months before giving my blood to plants or wait 1 year before you ingest it.

Our blood is a symbol of life and death.

We can view it as a sacred time of renewal and rebirth. This life-giving fluid, running through our veins, is a powerful reminder of the vitality and energy within us. Blood sustains us, oxygenates our cells, and keeps our bodies functioning. It is a symbol of life, representing our resilience, strength, and the very essence of our existence. On the other hand, blood is also a symbol of death. In many cultures and belief systems, blood is associated with sacrifices, transitions, and the cycle of life and death. It carries a potent symbolism of renewal, transformation, and the inevitable passage of time.

Energetically speaking, when we bleed our body wants our energy to go downward and out, with the flow of our blood. But when we workout, our energy is circulated through our body, not aiding the blood in its release processes.

Resting is healthy. Rest can look like bathing, napping, getting extra sleep at night, reading a book, & sitting by the fire watching the rain. I don't like to include being on our devices as rest.

You blood connects you deeper with yourself as a feminine being. It helps you tap into divine feminine energy. It helps you BUILD a solid relationship with yourself.

When you can harness all of these feelings and energies, it transforms your life.

Just think of how most women operate: despising their periods, knowing little about it, being angry at the site of their blood because it means discomfort or bloating, unable to do any inner work while they PMS, and continuously pushing through.

Let's reverse that energy.

Each time you see your period blood you melt in gratitude, because you know this is a time of reconnection with self and a time of deep rest.

Each time you fill your Diva Cup you take a moment to check in with yourself 'How do I want to honour my blood today?' and you feel connected, creative, and powerful throughout any ritual of your choosing.

You sit in ceremony and you honour the powerful connection you have to the divine. You are an oracle while you bleed. That's right. You have psychic abilities.

Use all of THIS to manifest the life of your dreams.
Do not waste your blood.

MODULE 4 . LESSON ONE - SACRED CEREMONY

Preparation

Before diving into the magickal practice of harnessing the power of your period blood, it is essential to properly prepare for the sacredness of ceremony. This preparation involves creating a sacred space where you feel comfortable and safe.

It's a place where you will not be interrupted. Turn your phone on airplane mode, ask your family for space for silence and uninterrupted time or you can do this with your littles present to be a wonderful example.

Intuitively set up an altar with items that hold personal significance to you, such as crystals, candles, and symbols of fertility and femininity.

It is also important to cleanse both your physical and energetic bodies before engaging in the ceremony. Ground yourself by spending time in nature, practicing deep breathing exercises, or meditating to center your mind and spirit.

Lastly, embrace the mindset of openness, love, and receptivity as you prepare for the sacred ceremony. Approach this practice with a sense of reverence and respect for the power of your menstrual cycle. Trust in your intuition and the wisdom of your body as you embark on this transformative journey of manifestation and magick.

Feel into what you must do, and let that be your guide. This will bring you closer to the life you desire to live.

If you choose to drink your blood, it must be fresh from your body (I recommend doing this on the second day of your bleed).

The ceremony is simple, no need to worry about complexities or the need to understand the inner workings of manifestation. Just trust.

MODULE 4 . LESSON TWO - PERFORMING YOUR BLOOD MAGICK CEREMONY THROUGH RITUAL

For this Ceremony You will Need:

- 1 tbsp. fresh period blood (mixed with juice, water, or wine if you would like to drink it)
- 1 tbsp. fresh period blood in a small bowl
- A smudging tool
- A lighter
- A crystal (one that can get wet and doesn’t end in “ite”),
- Your favourite essential oil,
- 3 small squares of paper - 3 inches by 3 inches
- Your journal
- A pen & a marker
- A bay leaf
- A large price of paper (or even better a piece of water colour paper).
- An altar in front of you, such as a cutting board or a table top, with your items on it or nearby.

You will need 35 minutes of time.

Please respect & follow the disclosure information I give you before the ceremony beings about ingesting your period blood & about performing manifestation acts with good or ill intentions.

If you are not in a good place while you do this ceremony, I recommend meditating first in silence for 24 minutes. Visualize yourself being coated in white radiant light from the highest order.

Set yourself up so you can manifest from a place of PURE LOVE. Let all jealousy, anger, revenge, hatred, ill will, and harm go & gently give these thoughts to the universe so you can show up as your purest self.

Watch the video Sacred Blood Ceremony to follow along.

Note - In this video I do drink my period blood so please keep any criticism or judgement at bay & be respectful and understand that it took me a really long time to get to this place of deeply honouring my own body and blood to this extent.

MODULE 5 . LESSON ONE - CLOSING AND INTEGRATION

Reflection and Growth

Let's grab our journals.

1. What was the most valuable information you learned here and how can you continue to apply it to your life?
2. In regards to the ceremony, how do you feel? What messages came through?
3. What do you feel comfortable doing with your blood and what do you want to manifest?
4. Create an affirmation ("I am" statement) that goes with how you want to feel when you bleed.

As you continue your journey of manifesting and creating magick with your period blood, it is essential to take the time to reflect on your experiences.
Reflecting allows you to gain insights into your life and what it all means during this current chapter or phase of your life.

Feel free to shift anything that felt out of alignment and do things in ways that resonate with you.
Don't forget, this time is extremely sacred.

By weaving reflection into your magickal practice, you can amplify your power as a creatrix, by becoming crystal clear on what it is that you need to do next time.

Take this time to honor yourself and your body's natural rhythms.

Sit in silent meditation for 15 minutes and let yourself feel into all of these practices and wisdom.

MODULE 5 . LESSON TWO - MOVING FORWARD WITH EMPOWERMENT AND CONFIDENCE

Keep going, sister.

I recommend you trying new things each time you bleed.

Place notes in your phone calendar and make a monthly schedule. Add reminders about the things you can do for yourself to PREP yourself for your bleed and ask for help.

Make notes about asking for help and be sure to rest. Give yourself permission & remember, NO ONE will do this for you. I would if I could but I'm passing the torch off to you. You got this chicka.

If you feel as though the things you are trying to manifest are superficial, try getting real with yourself and making it more simple and authentic. So much of the time, we manifest GRAND things (that's awesome if you are ready for that) but really, many of the things we need are so very simple.

I find in all of my manifestations I desire the energy of connection, after all, it is the core value of feminine energy, so I manifest time with myself, my lover, my kids, and my girlfriends... and sometimes, I desire freedom, which is the core value of masculine energy, so I manifest the feeling of absolute abundance & spaciousness - having money flow in effortlessly, having days where we can just enjoy the sun, and also having time to myself to do and create as I please. Sometimes I desire to be surrounded with beauty, so I manifest time to garden, watch the sunset, dress in clothes that make me feel like a Goddess, ask my girl friends out for dinner, and decorate my home with things that make my heart feel amazed.

In each thing we manifest, we need to make the time to water that seed.

While you manifest your new house, manifest the feeling it brings like security and safety. Manifest it with an open heart. Visualize your house. Feel how it would feel to walk into it. Feel how it would feel to decorate it, have gatherings, cook in it, clean it, and love it. Then let it go, like leaves blowing away in the wind, and allow the universe to bring it to you in whatever shape or form it may come in.

Sometimes, we need to let BIG things go, in order for BIG things to enter.

Things will flow to you when you KNOW you are ready to receive it, and sometimes all that takes is the genuine feeling of worthiness. This is a heart feeling, not a mind feeling.

You are ALWAYS worthy to receive, but sometimes pain and insecurities block this. Try tapping on your heart if pain or feelings of unworthiness ever arises.

Self-love is also a big one. Practicing self-love each day can also help you stay confident along your empowerment journey.

Honouring your period and connecting to yourself as a powerful feminine being really is the key to manifesting on turbo speed.

Thank you for joining me for this course. I hope you come back to it whenever you need this reminder.

Love you lots,
Mandy
